Fill and sign an NDA online — free

Non-disclosure agreements protect confidential business info shared between parties — investors and founders, employers and consultants, partners exploring a deal. AttachKit fills your standard NDA template, signs it, and sends for countersignature.

Who needs it: Founders sharing pitch decks, consultants getting briefed on client projects, companies hiring contractors, anyone discussing IP before a deal closes.

NDA questions, answered

General information, not legal or tax advice

This page is general information about a commonly-used document. State and local law varies — for advice on your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. AttachKit fills the PDF; you're responsible for whether the contents are right for your case.

Is a digital NDA enforceable?
Yes in most US jurisdictions under the ESIGN Act and UETA. AttachKit appends an audit-trail page (timestamp, time zone, browser, and signature-placement coordinates) to the signed PDF; enforceability depends on the document and jurisdiction. Consult a lawyer for high-stakes deals.
Mutual NDA vs one-way?
Mutual = both parties share confidential info. One-way = only one discloses. AttachKit fills either — pick the template that matches your situation. Most VC pitches use one-way (founder discloses to investor).
Where do I get an NDA template?
AttachKit includes a basic fillable mutual-NDA template — your details auto-fill from your saved profile. It's a starting point, not legal advice: for a high-stakes deal, use your counterparty's preferred template or a lawyer-reviewed one (YC's at sec.yc/nda and Cooley GO are good references). Whatever template you use, drop it into AttachKit to fill and sign it.
