For immigration filers & families
Fill USCIS forms without handing over your documents.
Fill, sign, and prepare immigration PDFs without your passport scans or personal details ever being uploaded. AttachKit runs entirely in your browser — so the most sensitive paperwork of your life is never copied to a server you don't control. Your PDF never leaves your browser — open DevTools → Network and watch: the file is never uploaded.
Why "in your browser" matters for immigration paperwork
Most online form-fillers upload your file to their servers to process it. An immigration package is about as sensitive as documents get — a passport, a green card, a marriage certificate, an A-number, a complete personal history. Uploading it means a copy now lives on infrastructure you don't control, subject to their retention and their breaches.
AttachKit doesn't upload the file at all. The PDF is filled, signed, and prepared inside the browser tab you have open. The server never receives it — and most of the time isn't contacted at all. There is no server-side copy of your documents to leak, sell, or be asked for.
Don't take our word for it — check the network tab
You can verify this in thirty seconds, before you trust us with anything:
- Open a form (try the form library).
- Open your browser's developer tools and switch to the Network tab.
- Fill the form and download it.
- Watch the request list. Your file is never sent. The full technical account is on the security page.
The tools you actually need
Fill USCIS & state forms
Fill I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, N-400 and more from the form library, with verified field maps where available and the official Spanish editions where USCIS publishes them. Save your common details once and prefill the next form in one click.
Sign & get a verifiable proof
Sign in your browser. Every signed PDF carries a content-bound proof: change a single byte afterward and verification fails. Anyone can confirm a signature at attachkit.com/verify. (PAdES-aligned, not a QES — and always follow your form's official signature instructions.)
Keep sensitive IDs on your device
Identifiers like your SSN are stored in your browser and used to fill forms locally — they are never sent to the optional AI step, which only ever sees extracted field labels, never the file.
Where we're honest about the limits
A tool you'd trust with an immigration filing should tell you what it isn't:
- Not a government agency or law firm. AttachKit is independent software, not affiliated with or endorsed by USCIS, the Department of State, or any government body, and nothing here is legal or immigration advice. Always confirm the current form edition and instructions on uscis.gov and file through official channels.
- Not a Qualified Electronic Signature. USCIS signature rules vary by form; when the form requires a handwritten signature, sign by hand.
- Optional AI sees field labels, never the file. The auto-fill feature is opt-in and clearly labeled; skip it and nothing leaves your browser at all.
Frequently asked
- Do my immigration documents get uploaded to a server?
- No. AttachKit fills, signs, and prepares the PDF inside your browser tab — the file never goes to our server. You can prove it yourself: open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and run any tool. You'll see no upload of your form, passport scan, or supporting documents. The one exception is the optional AI auto-fill, which sends only the extracted form-field labels (never the file or your answers' source documents) to suggest values; you can ignore it or switch on Local AI mode to keep even that on your device.
- Is AttachKit part of USCIS or the U.S. government?
- No. AttachKit is an independent, private tool for filling and signing PDFs. It is not a government agency, a law firm, or an immigration service, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, or any government body. We provide the forms for convenience — always download the current edition and instructions from the official uscis.gov website, and file through official channels.
- Will you sell or share my personal information?
- Your documents never reach us, so there's nothing in them for us to sell, share, or lose in a breach. We don't run ad-tracking or fingerprinting. The only data tied to an account is what you choose to save (e.g. a reusable profile of common fields, kept in your browser by default). See the privacy policy for the full account.
- Which immigration forms can I fill?
- The form library includes common USCIS and related forms — I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, N-400, and more — with verified field maps where available, plus the official Spanish editions where USCIS publishes them. You can also drop in any blank PDF you already have. Browse the form library to see what's covered.
- Can I save my details and reuse them across forms?
- Yes. Save common fields (name, address, dates) once and prefill any supported form in one click. By default that profile stays in your browser; if you create an account it can sync, and you control it. Sensitive identifiers like an SSN are kept on your device and used to fill locally — never sent to the AI step.
- Is the signature legally valid for my filing?
- AttachKit produces PAdES-aligned electronic signatures suitable for ordinary documents, plus a content-bound proof anyone can verify at attachkit.com/verify. It is NOT a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES). USCIS has specific rules about wet-ink vs. electronic signatures depending on the form — always follow the official instructions for your form, and when in doubt, sign by hand.
