Anonymize for AI

No part of this document has been sent to AttachKit or any third party in this session.

Mask names, emails, phone numbers and SSNs with reversible placeholders before you paste text into ChatGPT or any other AI — then restore the reply. Detection runs 100% on your device; the PII and the restore map never leave your browser.

The PDF is read in your browser and never uploaded. Scanned PDFs need OCR first (use the Redact tool).

Anonymize before you paste into an AI

Strip names, emails, phone numbers and SSNs out of your text — replaced with reversible placeholders — before you send it to ChatGPT or any AI, then restore the reply. All on your device.

Nothing is uploaded

The whole thing runs in your browser — open your network tab and watch: your file never leaves your device. Most online tools round-trip your document through their servers.

Reversible, not redacted

Each piece of PII becomes a stable placeholder like [NAME_1]; a restore map — kept only in your browser — swaps the real values back into the AI's reply. Nothing is permanently blacked out.

On-device detection

A local NER model plus deterministic patterns find names, places, emails, phones and SSNs entirely in your browser — the anonymized text is the only thing that ever reaches your AI, never your document or the PII.
